What data I collect
I only collect the information you choose to share with me, including:
- Contact details you submit when booking a call (for example name, email, phone number and any notes), including details handled by my scheduling provider, Calendly.
- Messages you send me through the website chat, email, or social channels.
Why I collect it
I use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver my services, and keep in touch about work you have asked me to do. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How I store and share it
Your information is held by the tools I use to run the business, such as my scheduling and communication providers. I share data with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and I expect them to protect it appropriately.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. To make a request, email hello@automation-charlie.com and I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.
Cookies and analytics
Embedded tools such as the booking widget and chat may set cookies needed for them to function. If I add analytics in future, I will update this policy.
